Terms and Conditions

I confirm that I am over 18 years old and am bidding for the auction lot as described. I undertake to pay the bid amount if mine is declared the winning bid within 7 days following the closing date of the auction. I confirm that I have my own bank account or credit/debit card (or authorised use of a bank account or credit/debit card) and will make payment in GBP by such facility directly.

I confirm that I have read and confirm that I will be bound by the terms and conditions of the auction as follows:

• All bid amounts are in GBP.
• The auction is open to UK residents only. Proof of address may be requested.
• Unless otherwise stated in the auction lot description or agreed with Molly Ollys, successful bidders must arrange for collection of their prize from our Warwick office, or pay for delivery. Molly Ollys will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred through or during delivery howsoever caused.
• All prizes must be collected within 1 month of the date of the result.
• Cleared payment in full must be received by Molly Ollys before any prizes will be released.
• All information given about the auction prizes is believed to be correct and is based on the information provided by the donors of the prizes.
• Molly Ollys makes or provides no representation, guarantee or warranty regarding the auction prizes. Any bid made is at the bidder’s risk and, to the fullest extent permitted. Molly Ollys (including its trustees, officers, employees, agents and volunteers) shall not be liable for any loss, damage, claim, demand or compensation arising from or out of or in any way connected with any prize or bidder whether in relation to the auction, any bid and/or any purchase and use of a prize. Any dissatisfaction with or complaint about a prize should be directed at the donor of it.
